  • Reports of child neglect, abuse & sexual abuse.
  • Provides transportation for clients for appointments & court appearances.
The Family Service Worker assists CPS/Social Workers with assigned duties.
Family Support Tech. / Investigator:

Conducts investigations and writes reports on alleged abuse/neglect of Tribal
children pursuant to Tribal and state law, including working with municipal and
Tribal Police and prosecutors, FBI and federal prosecutors and testifying in
court. Works with state agencies to coordinate joint investigations and
information sharing on on-going CPS activities.

Schedules and facilitates meeting of multi disciplinary teams in Child Protection
and Juvenile court cases; takes notes at team meetings, writes reports and
distributes to team members, and writes case plans.
